Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and sales orders. Coordinate and follow up with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and deliveries. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases (CRM/ERP). Liaise with internal departments (Accounts, Purchase, Dispatch, etc.) to ensure timely order execution. Track sales targets, achievements, and prepare regular MIS reports for management. Handle incoming calls, emails, and provide necessary product or order-related information. Support in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and events. Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve queries efficiently. Any other responsibilities identified going forward
