The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, handling sales communication, coordinating with suppliers, and managing basic administrative work.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound sales and follow-up calls to customers and suppliers.Negotiate purchase rates and coordinate with different suppliers based on product grades.Maintain rate sheets, data entries, and product records using MS Excel; prepare documents using MS Word; handle daily email communication.Organize files, manage paperwork, and support routine backend tasks.Learn and understand the trading workflow over time to help improve efficiency.QualificationsBasic English for calls and emails; strong command of local language(s).Good communication skills and phone etiquette.Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.Prior sales or admin experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities:Basic Computer Knowledge. Knowledge of Internet Browsing. Verify data and correct database. To generate various formats as per the needs.Able to enter correct Data in Excel, Word Format.Draft Emails.Reply to inquiries from various portals.Need a candidate with good communication skills and earnest skills to take care of our digital and phone marketing needs.They will need to reply to leads generated via website/amazon/IndiaMART/TradeIndia and reply to phone calls that come to the company for leads. Alongside Email marketing also a requirement for marketing lead and marketing data analysis of the present marketing department will be there. Candidates must be ready to learn.
