Responsibilities & DutiesAssist with the entire hiring process: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.Support payroll processing and ensure statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.) compliance.Handle onboarding for new employees and facilitate exits (handover, exit interviews).Address employee queries and concerns, promoting a healthy work environment.Prepare and update HR documents such as job descriptions, policies, SOPs, and appraisal forms.Help organize employee engagement activities (e.g., team events, town hall meetings).Perform daily HR tasks: documentation, compliance reporting, and record keeping.Skills & QualificationsGraduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.1-2 years experience in HR, preferably in an IT or corporate setting.Good knowledge of HRMS and payroll systems, plus MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Self-driven, detail-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities.Benefits:Flexible working hours5-day work weekPaid leaves & holidays
