Responsibilities:

œ” Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

œ” Facilitate onboarding & offboarding procedures.

œ” Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.

œ” Ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate records.

œ” Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

📌 Previous experience in an HR role is a plus (Freshers can apply).

📢 Strong communication and organizational skills.

💻 Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
