Your Role & Responsibilities

œ… Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

œ… Facilitate smooth onboarding & exit procedures for employees.

œ… Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement activities.

œ… Ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate records.

œ… Plan and coordinate training & development programs to enhance workforce skills.

What We€™re Looking For

📌 Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.

📌 Skills & Experience: Prior HR experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome!

📌 Key Competencies: Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

📌 Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HR software & MS Office.

📌 Legal Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws & HR best practices.
