Your Role at Votiko

As an HR Executive, youll be at the heart of our team. Your day-to-day will include:

Handling end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

Maintaining HR documents, policies, and compliance records

Managing employee entry and exit processes

Organizing training & development initiatives

What Were Looking For

Education: Bachelors in Human Resources or a related discipline

Experience: Prior HR experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Skills: Great communicator, organized, and a natural people-person

Tech Skills: Comfortable with MS Office and basic HR tools

Bonus: Awareness of labor laws and HR best practices
