Job Title: Product Marketing Executive Cow Dung ProcurementDepartment: Marketing & ProcurementLocation: Andhra Pradesh / Rural areas / Field-based]Employment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:The Product Marketing Executive will be responsible for sourcing, promoting, and managing the procurement of cow dung directly from farmers. The role involves building strong relationships with local farmers, creating awareness about fair pricing and collection processes, and ensuring a consistent supply of quality cow dung for company production needs (such as biogas, organic fertilizer, or manure products).Key Responsibilities:Farmer Engagement & Relationship Building:Visit rural areas and villages to identify and network with farmers.Educate farmers about the companys cow dung purchasing process, quality standards, and benefits.Build long-term trust-based relationships with local suppliers.Procurement & Marketing:Promote the companys cow dung procurement scheme through field marketing, posters, and farmer meetings.Quality Control:Ensure that collected cow dung meets the companys quality standards (freshness, moisture level, contamination-free).Provide feedback to farmers for improving product quality.Skills & Qualifications:Any Bachelors degree , Experience in Marketing field . Strong communication and negotiation skills in local languages (Telugu preferred).Experience in agricultural or rural marketing is an added advantage.Ability to work independently and travel extensively in rural areas.Basic knowledge of organic farming, manure, or biogas production is desirable.Key Attributes:Strong interpersonal and networking skills.Self-motivated and target-oriented.Respectful and empathetic toward rural communities.Ability to handle field challenges and build trust with farmers.Salary Range:12,000 15,000 per month + (Travelling Expenses )CONTACT NO :6300248684
