-Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to drive profitability and sustainability-Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and upcoming projects in the solar energy sector- Identify relevant tender opportunities in the solar EPC sector.- Analyze tender documents, understand requirements, and assess the feasibility of participating in each tender.- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, government agencies, utilities, and other stakeholders-Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the company's long-term viability and resilience-Provide strong leadership and mentorship to department heads and employees, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.- Attend client meetings, understand their needs, and tailor proposals to meet specific requirements.-Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards, promoting transparency and accountability across the organization.- Establish and nurture relationships with key industry players to enhance the company's market position.- Create marketing materials, case studies and presentations for your clients- Advise existing customers on a range of solar power products via phone and email- Develop and implement up-selling and cross-selling strategies- Follow up with existing leads, projects or quotations- Maintain the database of leads, projects and existing customers- Appointing, Managing, and Developing the Project Distributor in the Assign Area.- Organizing sales promotion activity.-Responsibilities include looking after the Assign Distributor, Govt. PSU, Contractors & Specifiers and generate Primary Sales through Obtaining of approvals to generate business from the Specifier Segment Government Department customers and achievement of major project business.- Developing new streams for revenue growth .
