Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, optimizing ad performance and budget allocation.Skill & Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) andtheir respective audiences. Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools(Google Analytics, platform-specific insights). Knowledge of SEO principles and how they integrate with social media strategies. Ability to interpret data to refine strategies and achieve KPIs. Creative mindset with excellent writing, editing, and visual content skills. Knowledge of trends and developments in digital marketing and social media.Social Media Manager Qualification: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms. Certifications in digital marketing or social media strategies are a plus.
