• should have good communication skill

• should have excellent command of ms office (excel, powerpoint , word etc)

• analyse daily tickets and share reports on daily basis

• follow ups with respective domain team for pending tickets

• daily tickets review and mention reason of breached tickets

• prepare weekly and monthly mis report and submit

• daily tracker with updates on open points highlighted by customer

• ensure that all required reports to be published on daily basis

• coordination with respective domain team members and customer.
