Job Description: Tele-caller (Pre-Sales Consultant)Roles and Responsibilities:Build a positive brand image and raise awareness of Just See among prospective clients (SMEs).Initiate contact with customers via phone to offer and persuade them to purchase services.Explain the features and benefits of services to generate customer interest.Answer customer queries and guide them through the decision-making process.Advise customers on available options and assist them in selecting the best choice.Provide product or service details, including pricing information.Estimate or calculate final sales costs and present to customers.Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives.Coordinate with Marketing executives and clients until the deal is closed.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.Maintain follow-up data and manage ongoing communication with leads.Update and maintain MIS (Management Information Systems) for future actions.Provide feedback to Team Lead regarding prospects and follow-up clients.Desired Competencies:Knowledge: Basic understanding of sales methods and services promotion, basic computer skills, fluency in English and Tamil.Skills: Ability to assess customer behavior and adapt sales approaches, effective communication, and listening skills, clear speaking ability.Attitude: Strong sales strategies, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
