The roles and responsibilities Creating a positive brand image and awareness for Just See among new prospective clients (SMEs). Contact customers by phone to offer or persuade them to purchase the services. Explain the advantages and features of the service being sold in order to stimulate the interest of the customer interest. Answer customer questions about the services being offered. Helps the customer make a decision by providing information about variables and options. Explain products or services and prices. Computes estimate or final sale price and presents it to customer. Coordination with the Marketing executive and the client until the deal has been closed. Meeting daily/ weekly/ monthly targets. Maintaining Follow Up data. Working on follow up data. Keeping MIS and data up-to-date for future decisions. Giving Feedback to Team Lead on prospects or Follow up clients. Desired Competencies: Knowledge- Basic knowledge of the methods involved in promoting and selling products or services Basic computer knowledge in English and Tamil Regional Language Skills- Judging human behaviour and accordingly molding the sales pitch Interview/interaction with customer to ascertain and evaluate the needs and wishes of customer.
