The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential Customers, addressing queries, and nurturing positive client relationship.*Key Responsibilities:*- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and gather essential information from clients.- Build rapport with potential customers and maintain healthy work relations.- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed.- Document customer feedback and follow up on action items.- Maintain an updated database of contacts and ensure accurate record-keeping.- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets.*Qualifications:*- Excellent communication skills in [Kannada and English].- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.- Ability to handle rejection calmly and maintain a positive attitude.- Proficiency in using computers and basic office software (e.g., MS Office).- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service are a plus.

*Answering Phones and Explaining the project details offered by the Company.*Contacting the Existing customers as well as prospective customers using Scripts.*Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. *Maintaining the Database of the customers on a regular Basis.*Taking and Processing Product Orders in a professional Manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILIITIES:1) Create a client database in the region and evaluate them as prospects based on needs Get the sale using various customer sales methods (cold calling, presentations etc.) Responsible for meeting the sales targets through effective planning Actively seek out new sales opportunities through inside sales, networking and socialmedia Coordinating with the technical team and set up POC and Demo for prospective leads. Evaluate customer needs and identify upsell and cross sell opportunities Maintain and expand client database within the assigned territory Assist the Renewals team whenever required to close out the renewal. Periodically update CRM, reports and submit to the reporting manager.
