we are seeking a motivated and dynamic tele associate to join our team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, addressing queries, and nurturing positive client relationship.

*key responsibilities:*

- initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.

- conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and gather essential information from clients.

- build rapport with potential customers and maintain healthy work relations.

- handle customer inquiries and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed.

- document customer feedback and follow up on action items.

- maintain an updated database of contacts and ensure accurate record-keeping.

- work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets.

*qualifications:*

- excellent communication skills in [kannada and english].

- previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.

- strong listening and problem-solving skills.

- ability to handle rejection calmly and maintain a positive attitude.

- proficiency in using computers and basic office software (., ms office).

- high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service are a plus.
