Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and other parties involved in the export process Coordinate with other departments such as shipping, customer service and accounting to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of records. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise. Maintain & manage the companys export database & ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate along with filing systems for all operations and documentation activities. Assist & provide support to the team in other areas of the companys export operations, as needed. Ensure that all export documentation data entries is accurate and complete including pre & post shipment & resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export documentation. Monitor the progress of shipments , Track goods in transit and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and take corrective action if necessary. Provide customer service & Communicate with international customers and suppliers to ensure a smooth export process. Communicate with banks to ensure timely payment of export invoices.
