jd for wrehouse executive

receive products from vendor deliveries and unload trucks at the loading docks

· track inventory levels

· compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list

· overall inventory management

· update the product inventory as products are received and added to our inventory

· organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area

· ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy

· determine staffing levels and assign workload

· maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status

· identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices

· confer and coordinate activities with other departments

· ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained

· analyze shipment logs

· review timeliness of scheduled deliveries.

· office administration (petty cash, labour attendance, office management etc.)
