Generate business via portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH, and Freelance.2. Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients3. Should have knowledge of Web Development company.4. Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirements and acquisitions.Qualifications:1. Knowledge of bidding portals ( Web Guru, Upwork, freelancer, etc)2. Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.3. Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing, Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, Flair for business development.4. Sound knowledge of IT terminologies

Lead Generation through online portals like Upwork, Freelancer, PPH , etc.He/She must have practical knowledge of different bidding portals.Should be responsible for creating or approving the new accounts on the above mentioned platformExcellent communication skills and writing skills.He/She must be able to handle clients in effective manner.He/She should be able to generate more leads to bring new business for the company.Understanding the client requirement clearly and discussing with the team internally.Should have minimum experience of min 1-2 years.Should have a good conversion rateCandidate should be able to do work in rotational shift.Candidate should be willing to join from office.Candidate should be willing to work with team members.
