Job description: Analyse manpower utility and suggest how manpower can be maximised so that pest control operation is kept fully occupied Ensure that any equipment that is not working is immediately need to inform Admin to repair Offer suggestions on how Operations efficiency can be improved and costs reduced Manage multiple teams of PCOs and Operations Staff Train and oversee work done by any junior Operations Coordinators / Executives Allocate work and responsibility for individual Operations Coordinators / Executives depending on Clients (i.e., MC, GP, Soil) and Regions Dealing and attending with any complaints that clients have appropriately and follow up on any necessary action Train both field staff and office staff on Pest Control Knowledge regularly via classes and workshops Checking the draft report prepare by Ops coordinator/Executive that need to be given to clients (i.e., Rodent Reports, Housekeeping reports, Structural defects Reports) Arrange the regular auditing of all major clients. Coordinate with QA for preparation reports and send to clients Conducting installation of new large/important clients (i.e., factories, large buildings, special cases etc.) Auditing technician teams skills, service procedure Coordinate with QA Deal with any complaints that clients have appropriately and follow up on any necessary action Maintain client data (i.e., changes in frequencies, pests, address, contact details etc) Keep track of PCOs behaviour (i.e., number of complaints received etc) Reply to any client questions promptly (i.e., 24 hours) Ensure that resources (manpower, vehicles, equipment etc. are deployed in the most optimal manner) Manage major clients appropriately Attend to any complaints or site inspections or site overseeing with PCOs (where appropriate) Attend monthly clients meeting Clients orientation to Major clients Monitor daily operations activities, scheduling & manpower Travelling around the pla
