Manage Front office efficiently and effectively including managing office set up and upkeep
2. Manage employee time-in and time-out, attendance, leaves, governance matters etc
3. Manage all visitors including clients, vendors, bankers, interview candidates, guests, and others
4. Manage conference room and meeting room bookings by various teams
5. Handle facilities and utilities management for the office
6. Assist with procurement of goods and services including vendor identification, negotiation selection and management
7. Handle annual maintenance contracts (AMC) with various vendors
8. Handle management & supervision of housekeeping and related
9. Handle printing & stationary, dunzo, courier, photocopies, scanning and related
10. Implement cost controls and resource optimization
11. Handle and manage office consumables, staff welfare, cafeteria etc
