job duties & responsibilities

�� greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment.

�� manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information, update records in crms/drms

�� handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

�� maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.

�� assist in managing reservations and hospitality services for guest.

�� coordinate office supplies and other common use items such as cafe supplies, equipment toner, printer paler, shipping supplies etc

�� ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

�� interaction with employees for taking feeback/surveys
