Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment.

- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information, update records in CRMS/DRMS

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.

- Assist in managing reservations and hospitality services for guest.

- Coordinate office supplies and other common use items such as Cafe supplies, equipment toner, printer paler, shipping supplies etc

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

- Interaction with employees for taking feeback/surveys
