Responsibilities:1.Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and approach potential customers (pharmacies, chemists, and healthcare businesses).Conduct market research to find new business opportunities.2.Sales Presentations & Product DemonstrationsPresent eVitalRx software solutions to potential clients.Conduct live product demonstrations, explaining key features like inventory management, e-prescriptions, white-label apps, and integrations.3.Client Relationship ManagementBuild strong relationships with pharmacies and healthcare providers.Understand customer pain points and suggest suitable software solutions.4.Negotiation & Deal ClosureHandle pricing discussions and close deals effectively.Follow up with leads to ensure smooth onboarding.5.Field Visits & Follow-upsRegularly visit clients for discussions, training, and upselling opportunities.Maintain a sales pipeline and provide updates on progress.6.Collaboration with Internal TeamsCoordinate with the tech support team for customer onboarding and issue resolution.Provide feedback to the product team on feature requests from customers.7.Sales Reporting & TargetsMaintain records of client interactions, deals, and sales performance.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Specific Requirements for eVitalRx Software Sales: Industry Experience: Experience in healthcare, pharma sales, or B2B SaaS sales is preferred. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of pharmacy management software, inventory systems, and digital solutions. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot for managing sales pipeline. Goal-Oriented Mindset: Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
