JOB DESCRIPTION:

Title: Associate/Analyst – Review Operations

Role:Video Review - International NON-VOICE process

Work location:Hyderabad

Office location:Meenakshi Tech Park, Gachibowli

Work timings/Shifts: Rotational shifts and week offs – Five-day week and two weekly offs/holidays

Work Shifts: Candidates must be ready to work in any rotational shifts

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

• Video Reviewing process

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Confidence, good team player and quick learner.

• High on Observation and Analytical Skills.

• Ability to concentrate, review videos without distraction to resolution.

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, flexible with the working schedule.

• Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems

• Ensure that appropriate steps were taken to resolve customers problems and providing

feedback accordingly

• Conduct quality monitoring
