We excel in delivering high-quality and cost-effective solutions tailored to meet the needs of global architectural, engineering, and construction firms.We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to expand our international clientele and establish strong business relationships across global markets.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition:Identify and target potential clients in the international AEC industry.Develop and maintain a database of prospective leads, including architectural firms, engineering consultants, and construction companies.Market Research and Strategy:Analyze international market trends and client needs to identify business opportunities.Develop strategic plans to approach potential clients and present tailored solutions.Client Engagement and Conversion:Initiate communication with international prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person meetings to pitch 18 Infratechs BIM, CAD, and documentation services.Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.Sales and Negotiation:Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.Collaboration and Reporting:Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align client requirements with the firm's capabilities.Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and progress reports.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in international sales or busi
