About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated, technology-oriented Advocate Assistant with a background in law and an interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and legal technology.The selected candidate will help demonstrate Nyay Apex to advocates and other legal professionals, onboard users, explain product features, conduct legal research to support product validation, and collect feedback to improve the product.This role is ideal for a law graduate who communicates confidently, enjoys presenting technology, understands legal research fundamentals, and is eager to learn how AI tools can transform legal workflows.## 3. Key Responsibilities### A. Product Demonstrations and Presentations- Conduct live and online product demonstrations of Nyay Apex for advocates, law firms, and other legal professionals.- Explain product features, use cases, benefits, and workflows in simple, practical language.- Deliver presentations, webinars, and introductory sessions to prospective users.- Adapt demonstrations according to the legal practice areas and needs of different users.- Maintain product demonstration materials, FAQs, and user guides.### B. Advocate Onboarding and User Support- Identify and engage with advocates and legal professionals for product onboarding.- Guide new users through registration, navigation, and the use of relevant product features.- Assist users in understanding how AI-assisted legal research and document-related workflows can support their work.- Respond to basic product-related queries and coordinate technical issues with the product team.- Maintain onboarding records, user interactions, and follow-up activities.### C. Legal Research and Content Validation- Conduct legal research using reliable legal databases, official court websites, statutes, rules, and judgments.- Assist in verifying the accuracy, relevance, and currency of legal information surfaced by the product.- Review AI-generated legal research outputs for factual accuracy, source references, completeness, and relevance.- Identify incorrect citations, outdated legal provisions, missing information, and potential hallucinations in AI-generated responses.- Support the preparation of legal research examples, test cases, and sample prompts for product demonstrations.- Escalate complex legal questions and substantive legal issues to qualified legal professionals for review.### D. AI Tools and Product Validation- Use AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to support legal research, summarization, information extraction, and document analysis.- Test Nyay Apex features using real-world legal workflows and structured test scenarios.- Record bugs, usability issues, incorrect outputs, and feature enhancement suggestions.- Prepare structured product feedback reports based on user interactions and testing.- Collaborate with the product, technology, and business teams to improve user experience and product reliability.- Maintain confidentiality when handling legal documents and user information.### E. User Feedback and Business Development Support- Collect feedback from advocates regarding product usability, usefulness, and expectations.- Identify common pain points in legal research and related workflows.- Maintain a database of product demonstrations, onboarded users, follow-ups, and feedback.- Assist with legal technology awareness sessions, professional networking, and outreach activities.- Support customer success and user engagement initiatives to increase product adoption.## 4. Required Skills and Competencies- Legal knowledge: Good understanding of Indian legal terminology, legal research methodology, statutes, judgments, and court procedures.- AI proficiency: Basic working knowledge of generative AI tools, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.- Presentation skills: Ability to explain technology and legal concepts clearly and confidently.- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.- Product demonstration: Ability to conduct structured demonstrations and answer user questions professionally.- Analytical thinking: Attention to detail when checking legal citations, AI-generated outputs, and research findings.- User engagement: Ability to build professional relationships, understand user needs, and provide patient onboarding support.- Computer skills: Comfortable using web applications, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and online research platforms.- Documentation: Ability to prepare clear reports, user guides, feedback logs, and research notes.## 5. Educational Qualifications and ExperienceEssential qualifications- LLB or equivalent recognised law degree.- 1-3 years of relevant experience in legal research, legal assistance, legal operations, legal technology, customer onboarding, or product demonstrations.- Strong interest in AI applications in the legal sector.- Good communication and presentation skills.Preferred qualifications and experience- Experience working with advocates, law firms, legal departments, or legal research platforms.- Familiarity with Indian courts, Supreme Court and High Court judgments, and online legal research resources.- Exposure to generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.- Experience in product demonstrations, customer success, training, or technology adoption.- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital documentation.## 6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Performance will be evaluated using agreed targets appropriate to the role and business requirements, including:1. Number and quality of Nyay Apex product demonstrations conducted.2. Number of advocates successfully onboarded and activated.3.
