The COURIER AND CARGO (International Freight Forwarding) sales person will be responsible for direct sales, Knowledge of Import Export Documentation, lead generation with vertical marketing, coordination with targeted customers (DUBAI, SAUDI, USA, UK, CANADA), ability to generate revenue and create opportunities within portfolio of assigned geographies through a value-based approach. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Identify high profitable markets / customers and develop strategy, quality to analyze market trends and detect effective measures for penetrating business.

Prepare and audit export documentation for vessel shipments and settlementsProcess commercial invoice documents by validating data integrity and accuracyCommunicate with appropriate internal/external customers, including trading desks, loading facilities, freight forwarders, brokers, vendors, USDA and customersEnsure timely processing of export shipmentsMonitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure vessel transaction payments are made and collected timelyCreate, assemble and present applicable export documentation required per country specific destination in accordance with export laws and regulationsSubmit timely document instructions to freight forwarders, independent surveyors and other third party industry providersVerify sanctioned party screenings prior to release of export documentsMaintain export files in an organized and catalogued systemSupport cross-functional departments involved in international business transactionsEnsure compliance with export laws and regulationsContinue education and ongoing review of industry requirementsApply and settle contract applicationsCreate loading instructions for loading elevators

Arranging Transport vehicles. Give planning, coordination with plant for dispatches. Communicating with management for Liner activities. Candidate must have the knowledge of Freight Forwarding. Should have an experience in handling Export documentation. Preparing daily reports on shipments delivery schedule. Should have good communication and computer skills. Should have an awareness of Export Schemes. Preparation of Export Documents (Pre and Post Shipment Documents) Co-ordination with the suppliers and shipping agents for the execution of shipment and other export related responsibilities. Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes. Candidates must have knowledge of SI filling, VGM filling, odes, MMD3. Co-ordinate with customer for custom clearance. Candidates from same industry are preferable.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 12,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
