Export Documentation Executive

· Arranging Transport vehicles.

· Give planning, coordination with plant for dispatches.

· Communicating with management for Liner activities.

· Candidate must have the knowledge of Freight Forwarding.

· Should have an experience in handling Export documentation.

· Preparing daily reports on shipments delivery schedule.

· Should have good communication and computer skills.

· Should have an awareness of Export Schemes.

· Preparation of Export Documents (Pre and Post Shipment Documents)

· Co-ordination with the suppliers and shipping agents for the execution of shipment and other export related responsibilities.

· Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.

· Candidates must have knowledge of SI filling, VGM filling, odes, MMD3.

· Co-ordinate with customer for custom clearance.

· Candidates from same industry are preferable.
