Job description : Experience of at least 1 year in hardcore recruitment.Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for handling the recruitment life cycle.Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.Sourcing candidates using various job boards like Naukri, Indeed, Times Job, LinkedIn, Referencing, etc...Responsible for work on Permanent positions.Scheduling interviews as per the availability.Initiating the Salary Benchmarking process for the selected candidates.Closing all the job requisitions in an Effective and Efficient manner.Coordinating with On-boarding team to ensure smooth joining of the candidate.Maintaining trackers for all the sourced/selected candidates.Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission & follow-up, etc.).Energetic, passionate about recruitment and efficient at work.Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.Communication & Interpersonal - Good communication and presentation skills, ability to connect well with the client and team members.

Minimum 2 years in IT hiringExperience in sourcing through Naukri/other job boardsExperience in Vendor Management Well experience in planning & strategizing large volume based project hiring and massive drives along with junior team members.Candidates from recruitment Consultancy background will be highly preferred.Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.Build up a pipeline through proactive talent search.Select and qualify candidates based upon skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and screening criteria.Communicate effectively with the hiring manager and interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.Use our sourcing methodologies and tools to attract top talents.Identifies the most efficient sources for generating talent pull vs opened positions.Work with Vendors/recruiters to schedule interviews which may be face to face, telephone/skype or telepresence.Ensure all interview logistics are coordinated including candidate attendance, meeting room bookings, and interview panel co-ordination.Ensure new requisitions are appropriately assigned on a daily basis.
