Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and competent candidate for the position of HR Executive. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR-related tasks and ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. The role will be based in Barsuan, Odisha, which is a mining village in the Sundargarh district.Responsibilities: Possess comprehensive knowledge of HR functions and processes, and ability to independently handle HR-related tasks within the organization. Familiarity with labor laws, EPF (Employees' Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), and other statutory compliances. Calculate and file all online/offline HR returns under both central and state acts. Mark and maintain employee attendance records. Maintain employee records in accordance with government norms and regulations.Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel) for documentation and record-keeping. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle HR tasks independently. Knowledge of labor department procedures and statutory compliances.
