Job Summary:We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Representatives to promote and recruit candidates for undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and short courses. As a representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential students, and meeting monthly enrollment targets in your own locality.Responsibilities:Promote Courses: Actively promote our range of educational programs, including undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and short courses.Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential candidates through local networking, social media, and other channels.Counseling Candidates: Guide potential students by providing information about course details, benefits, and career opportunities.Achieve Monthly Targets: Enroll at least one undergraduate/postgraduate candidate per month to qualify for full salary. Additional commissions apply for enrolling candidates in diploma, short courses, and other non-degree programs.Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with prospective candidates to encourage enrollment decisions.Market Research: Keep informed of competitor offerings, trends, and feedback from candidates to help refine sales strategies.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in sales/marketing is a plus.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet monthly enrollment targets.Local Knowledge: Familiarity with your locality, local market trends, and local networking opportunities.Compensation:Commission-Based: Competitive commission for each successful enrollment, with a full salary incentive upon achieving the monthly target for undergraduate/postgraduate candidate enrollment.This role provides flexibility to work from your locality and rewards a proactive approach with generous commissions.
