We are looking for energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executives who will visit retail shops, distributors, and wholesalers to promote and sell POSCA Tea. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, enjoy fieldwork, and have good communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retail shops daily to generate orders for POSCA Tea.Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and distributors.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Ensure product visibility and brand placement at counters.Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer suggestions.Maintain proper sales records and report to the Sales Manager.Coordinate with delivery and accounts teams for smooth operations.

Good Communiction skills

Connect with developers and forge deals for bulk buying.*Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.*Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.*Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.*Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payments received.*Writing business proposals and negotiating with stakeholders.*Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.*Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.*Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.*Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.*Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
