We are looking for a proactive Field Executive to promote and sell solar solutions. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customer locations, handling leads provided by the telecalling team, and generating new leads independently.Key Responsibilities:Visit customer locations to explain solar products and servicesHandle and follow up on leads provided by the telecalling teamConvert given leads into site visits and sales opportunitiesGenerate new leads independently through field activities, references, and local networkingBuild strong relationships with customers and close dealsProvide accurate information about pricing, benefits, and installation processMaintain daily visit reports and update lead statusCoordinate with the telecalling and sales team for smooth operationsRequired Skills:Good communication and convincing skillsAbility to travel locallySelf-motivated and target-orientedBasic understanding of solar products (training will be provided)Experience in field sales is preferred (freshers can also apply)Salary & Benefits:Salary- Upto 15kPetrol expenses / travel allowance will be provided by the companyTraining and growth opportunitiesWorking Conditions:Field-based jobLocal travel required
