We are looking for a proactive Field Executive to promote and sell solar solutions. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customer locations, handling leads provided by the telecalling team, and generating new leads independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customer locations to explain solar products and services
Handle and follow up on leads provided by the telecalling team
Convert given leads into site visits and sales opportunities
Generate new leads independently through field activities, references, and local networking
Build strong relationships with customers and close deals
Provide accurate information about pricing, benefits, and installation process
Maintain daily visit reports and update lead status
Coordinate with the telecalling and sales team for smooth operations
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to travel locally
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Basic understanding of solar products (training will be provided)
Experience in field sales is preferred (freshers can also apply)
