Engaging and advising students for new admission.Initiating outreach through calls to leads and databases, converting prospects into sales.Maintaining consistent communication with candidates through meetings, calls, and email correspondence.Managing candidate databases and records.Meeting and exceeding monthly targets.

The position holder will be responsible for counseling students in upgrading creative studies courses like- Fashion Design, Interior Design, Web Design, Graphic Design/Web design and Jewelry Design with regular classes. She will work on specific targets and at the same time can have a lucrative income in the form of salary and incentives. The position holder will be liable for:1. Achieving specified targets2. Student counseling and follow-up.3. Arrange meetings in nearby school and colleges for Seminar.4. Should be able to maintain a good rapport with the team at work.5. Should be prompt in replying to students queries6. Active participation and contribution is expected during working hours.
