The job is to reach out to various customers over the phone, explain our project details to them, and Understand the Customer's requirements.Required at least six months to one year of experience.We are looking for people with Excellent communication skills in Kannada as well as English and Hindi.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-ups on leads assigned.Build a strong relationship and trust with customers by understanding their requirements and suggesting the right project to them.Explaining the project details.Conversion leads to site visits and bookings.Share details on WhatsApp or Email for interested leads and do follow-upsUnderstand the customer's requirements. And encourage them to make site visits.Maintaining Site Visit records, Incoming / Outbound Call RecordsCoordinating with the sales team as back-end support for the growth of the business.Track and maintain the outcome of each enquiry /lead.Follow Up On a Regular Basis

Tele-caller Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Kannada language fluency is mandatory. Freshers are welcome but Prior experience as a Tele-caller is an advantage. Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred. Superb verbal communication. Ability to switch your communication style on a whim. Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills. Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
