Key responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails2. Manage and track customer interactions using CRM software3. Convert inquiries into sales by explaining product features & benefits4. Follow up with potential customers to close deals5. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues6.
