Telesales Executive/telecaller Executive

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

2. Manage and track customer interactions using CRM software

3. Convert inquiries into sales by explaining product features & benefits

4. Follow up with potential customers to close deals

5. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues

6. Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business

7. Achieve monthly sales targets and generate reports from CRM

Requirements:

1. Female candidates only

2. Experience in B2C sales & telecalling preferred

3. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)

4. Ability to manage and update customer data in CRM

5. Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

6. Basic knowledge of home automation products (preferred but not mandatory)
