Job Description

key responsibilities:

1. handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, whatsapp, and emails

2. manage and track customer interactions using crm software

3. convert inquiries into sales by explaining product features & benefits

4. follow up with potential customers to close deals

5. provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues

6. maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business

7. achieve monthly sales targets and generate reports from crm

requirements:

1. female candidates only

2. experience in b2c sales & telecalling preferred

3. excellent communication skills (english & hindi)

4. ability to manage and update customer data in crm

5. strong follow-up and negotiation skills

6. basic knowledge of home automation products (preferred but not mandatory)
