To be responsible for conducting / monitoring induction of newly recruited slimmingstaff prior to formal training25. To plan and conduct Regional / Advanced trainings in co-ordination with R&D as perRegional TNA, skill gap analysis at regional level and category wise service analysis( Service Delivery & Sales wise )26. To conduct Post training Implementation of Training inputs at their respective Centerswith guidance from R & D to bridge the training and skill gap analysis.27. To plan the schedule of area wise Support Team Members in co-ordination with R&D28.
