Team size: 3 people team in department. overall employee strength of company is 25.Location of factory is at Mahakali caves road, Andheri east. Company provides pick up and drop facility in AC van from Andheri (e) station. (commute time from station in van is about 15min in morning and 20 to 25 min in evening.) Working hours are from 8:30 to 5:30 or 9 to6 (5 and half days working). 2 Saturdays in month of choice are off apart from Sunday and public holidays. We allow flexi timing.Salary is 4 to 5 L p.a depending on experience. (we can provide higher salary also up to 6 Lakhs p.a if candidate has multi tasking ability in secretarial , PR, Admin handling activities. Appraisals are done every year in June. Also, Company believes in Profit sharing which is done thru quarterly incentives.Experience: Ideally 4 to 7 years.Job responsibility: To attend to key customers calls, check & send correspondences, send quotations, followup for orders; Maintain all customer data in ERP / CRM like contact details, orders received, customer communications etc.; basic coordination between clients and production as and when required for dispatches or sometimes service issues; occasionally make calls to corporate builders and consultants on behalf of M.D To Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Ideal Candidate Profile: Must have min 20 wpm typing and fair knowledge of computers windows and MS office. Good at PR type of work and coordination. Must be good in written and spoken English. Must have good communication skill .Must have worked on some CRM or ERP software for customer communication management. Married Females preferred. Location should be preferably within 60 min of TOTAL commuting time from office; out of this 20 min of time would be spend in commuting from station.
