*Answering Phones and Explaining the project details offered by the Company.*Contacting the Existing customers as well as prospective customers using Scripts.*Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. *Maintaining the Database of the customers on a regular Basis.*Taking and Processing Product Orders in a professional Manner.

Tele-caller Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Kannada language fluency is mandatory. Freshers are welcome but Prior experience as a Tele-caller is an advantage. Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred. Superb verbal communication. Ability to switch your communication style on a whim. Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills. Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
