Conceptual understanding of current technologies / tools / products, etc. Strong sourcing skills using multiple channels to identify Right Fit candidates. Strong candidate evaluation skills to present pre-qualified candidates in a timely manner. Expertise in Relationship recruiting to hire passive candidates.
