The Telecalling Executive at our Santacruz, Mumbai location will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and promoting our products or services. They must possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to customers and have strong convincing power to persuade them. A 12th pass education is required, and experience of 0-2 years is preferred but not mandatory. This full-time position is open to female candidates only. The selected candidate will work from the office and must be proficient in telecommunication techniques to excel in this role.

1. Communicating with customers, engaging in tele counseling, inside sales with the customers/parents, and following up on leads2. Understanding customers' needs and identifying opportunities.3. Tele counselling for parents to drive admission walk-ins and closures4. Master the sales pitch for Admission based on brand philosophy, values, infrastructure, board affiliation, school achievements, curriculum etc.6. Be adept with the admission process and handling parent queries.7. Follow-up with appropriate not interested leads for next round of counselling8. Handling daily, weekly, monthly targets.9. Ensuring a smooth sales lead process, and maintaining a cordial relationship with the customers10. Maintain proper MIS and tackers on no. of enquiries, follow-ups, updates, conversions, reason of non-conversion etc.11. Analyse data to understand how admissions can be maximized and suggest improvements in the process wherever possible.
