Just engineering is apartner of SAGE Didactic, Australia delivering PLC/SCADA Automation training from its state-of the-art training centrewhich is centrally located at JM Road, Deccan,Pune.We are currently looking for Counselor having excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi witha pleasant personality.The following skills will be required to be successful in this role: An ability to handle walk-in enquiries, phone call enquiries and keep up-to-date data in enquiry sheet, database An ability to counsel the student as per the counseling procedures and follow up the enquiries, to convince student to admit for the course An ability to handle entire sales cycle and achieving company targets with passion and ease An ability to manage and schedule the batches and communicating to the faculties and students the batch timings and training centre activities, prepare monthly, weekly reports in regards to students data, fees, certificate distribution, placement etc Should be able to work closely with placement officer and students to monitor and help in placement activity Should be able to work closely with marketing executives and help them in delivering seminar presentations to corporate and students to help generate the leads for business, Proficient in using MS Office and preparing power point presentations for delivering lectures and seminars,Must be well versed in preparing and sending sms and email communication to students and corporate clients Implementing and refining administration strategies to overall help the business Proficient across several marketing tactics including online marketing, Telecalling, Cold calling to present database, delivering seminars to college students etc to help generate business
