1. Work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality analytics and business intelligence for the assigned business unit.2. Draw conclusion from data and draw insights from experiences beyond their specific industry knowledge.3. Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.4. Demonstrated ability to build processes that support data transformation, data structures, metadata, and dependency and workload management.5. Build the data logic, data models and interfaces for the dashboards.6. Ability to work and handle multiple requirements, reports/ dashboards simultaneously7. Experience working with and extracting value from large, disconnected and/or unstructured data sets.8. Strategic partnership with internal leadership to build more robust processes and value adds.
