Share insights for product portfolio or showroom presentation enhancements.Feedback Management: Collect customer feedback regarding product preferences, design needs, and overall showroom experience to facilitate ongoing improvement.Product Expertise: Continually enhance knowledge about our furniture, materials, care guidelines, and other pertinent product details to provide accurate information to customers.Qualifications:Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field.Experience: 3+ years in interior design, furniture sales, or a similar role.Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.Customer Focus: A genuine inclination to assist customers in finding solutions that cater to their needs.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design software and a robust understanding of space planning, colour coordination, and material selection.Sales Insight: Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.Team Collaboration: Ability to work cohesively with various teams in a dynamic environment.
