position overview
we are looking for a motivated and experienced business development executive (bde)
with a background in the edtech industry. the candidate will play a crucial role in driving
sales, building relationships, and contributing to the companys success.
key responsibilities
1. sales and revenue generation:
drive sales of educational products and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
proactively identify and close new business opportunities.
2. lead generation and conversion:
identify potential leads and follow up effectively to convert them into clients.
build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
3. client relationship management:
establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
handle client inquiries, concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. market research:
conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
5. reporting and documentation:
maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
prepare and present regular sales reports to the management.
qualifications and skills
bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in the edtech industry (preferred).
proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
proficiency in crm tools and ms office suite.
