Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE)

with a background in the EdTech industry. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving

sales, building relationships, and contributing to the company€™s success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

ï‚· Drive sales of educational products and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

ï‚· Proactively identify and close new business opportunities.

2. Lead Generation and Conversion:

ï‚· Identify potential leads and follow up effectively to convert them into clients.

ï‚· Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

3. Client Relationship Management:

ï‚· Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.

ï‚· Handle client inquiries, concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Market Research:

ï‚· Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.

ï‚· Provide feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

ï‚· Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.

ï‚· Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management.

Qualifications and Skills

ï‚· Bachelor€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

ï‚· 1-3 years of relevant experience in the EdTech industry (preferred).

ï‚· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

ï‚· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

ï‚· Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

ï‚· Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
