Job Summary:As a Real Estate Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads through outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and providing information on real estate services. Your goal is to identify qualified leads and schedule appointments for Our Company.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation:- Conduct outbound calls to identify potential real estate clients.- Utilize lead lists, databases, and CRM systems to source leads.- Research and gather information on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends.2. Client Engagement:- Build rapport with potential clients over the phone.- Answer inquiries, provide property information, and address client concerns.- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, timelines, and budgets.3. Appointment Scheduling:- Schedule appointments for Sales Execrative to meet with qualified leads.- Maintain an organized calendar and follow up with scheduled appointments.4. Database Management:- Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.- Track lead progress and report on key performance metrics to management.5. Market Knowledge:- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.- Provide clients with relevant information and insights.

B2B & B2C Sales/Marketing.Searching new customers, follow up existing and new client.Analyzing their requirements and providing appropriate solution.Conducting lighting audit. ROI calculation & monthly saving and sending proposal.Maintaining Good relationship with client and Chanel partner Appointing channel partners in different area. Promoting Brand through Electrical architect/consultant/Electrical contractors.Good knowledge of Tendering, Ecommerce websites (Flipcart, Amazon), Institutional sales, IndiaMart & Trade India etc.

The role has the following key deliverables: Executing sales plans to achieve defined secondary sales targets in Rural Markets Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders ( Sub Db, USRs,Super Stockists ) Providing guidance, support, and training to sales team members (off role) to assist distributor salesteams to penetrate deeper pockets within the assigned area. Creating and maintaining adherence to PJPs Ensure adequate service levels to sub stockists customers and build business in existing and newoutlets. Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and providing regular reports on sales activity andperformance on respective team members. Collect and report market intelligence on competitor activities like new launches, product visibilityetc. Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality products andservices to customers. Address customer complaints through timely action as per prescribed Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) Timely reporting to all concerned stakeholders as per prescribed formats.
