Oversee disaster recovery planning.Environmental Sustainability: Implement energy-saving strategies, waste management, and sustainability practices to reduce the facility's environmental footprint.Security Management: Ensure proper functioning of security systems (e.g., alarms, access control) and coordinate with security personnel to ensure the facility is secure.Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, custodial staff, and other facility-related personnel.Operational Efficiency: Continuously review systems and processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize facility performance.Project Management: Plan and oversee facility improvement projects, renovations, and construction when necessary.Inventory Control: Maintain an inventory of equipment, tools, and materials and ensure timely procurement of supplies required for facility operations.Technology Integration: Use and manage building management systems (BMS), facility management software, and other technology to monitor and improve facility opera
