Job Description - FOS Identifying the categories of the Offline Merchants and micro markets to focus ononboarding multiple accounts from different categories. Grow the number of new merchants in the assigned area of operations. Managing the entire process of Onboarding to Deployment. Build & develop strong and trustworthy relationships/ partnerships with retail storemanagement at each account and generate referrals. Achieve monthly sales target and timely sending work status update to manager. Keeping up to date with products and competitors. Update every merchant detail in the database.Requirements: Preferred Domains: Fintech & Banking Experience Required: 1 to 5 yrs. Skills: Networking, Selling, Communication and Reporting Previous exposure in driving sales in POS/Lending be must. Local Language and English. Take home budget would be 15K 18K with additional incentive based on theIncentive Structure and Local Conveyance of Rs. 100/- per live merchants, applicableonly after having 12 accounts closed. Also, there is a monthly reward structure inplace for the highest number of POS sold, Loans Disbursed. Location would be Hyderabad (40 Nos.) and Kolkata (15 Nos.).
