Key Responsibilities: Identify and establish relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions to promote our EdTech offerings. Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations for students and faculty to showcase our final year projects and internship opportunities. Generate leads by meeting college administrators, department heads, and student representatives. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and digital content to increase brand visibility. Provide counseling and guidance to students on project selection, internship benefits, and career opportunities. Maintain records of meetings, leads, and conversions using CRM tools. Gather feedback from students and institutions to improve services and offerings. Participate in college fairs, career expos, and networking events to expand outreach.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their software needs.Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospects, addressing their business challenges.Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop sales strategies and proposals.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to understand complex software solutions and explain them in simple terms.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics software.Multi Languages are required
