To follow the sales plan and objectives shot term and long term goals.To visit the customers for product and sales promotion and to generate enquiries. To present the products and organization at customer end. To discuss with customers to understand the customer requirements. To send news letters to customers for generation of enquiries. To arrange to send quotations to customers against generated enquiries. To make follow up with customers for orders , advance payments , delivery and outstanding payments. To attend customers for any issue raised by the customer as and when required. To provide the required technical / commercial details , informations to customers for any specific requirement from customer. To gather / collect the customer related information during the customer visits. To coordinate with manufacturing / back office team for delivery status , or for any other specific requirements from customer. Job Title: Installation Executive Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or ITI with 0-2 years of experience in installation of equipment/devices with automation capabilities.Positive attitudeTeam Player and problem solving capabilityAbility to travel with short noticeReporting To: Manager Shared Services Travel: 90%Job Responsibilities: Travel to customer / client location for installation activities. Ensure the availability of components / parts to be installed at customer location. Communication pre-installation requirements to customer / client. Installation of the products as per the installation manuals and demonstration of the safety, maintenance, and operation procedures to customer / client representatives. Documentation of installation, operation and maintenance checklists and issuance of documents to customers. Ensure installation kits availability all the time. Timely installation of the products and suggesting areas where products should be set up to ensure the increased efficiency. Troubleshooting problems with existing equipment. Testing old and new installation connections. Providing customers with verbal and written operating instructions for new equipment. Ensure the cleanliness of area after installation job completion. Recording and maintaining key parts related stock levels. Provide feedback on the installation challenges related to products and support required if any. Generation of invoice for the installation, repair and maintenance services. Ensure the maintenance contracts are executed in timely manner and adhered as per the schedule.

Education Diploma/Bachelors Degree in electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation(Preferable) MS-CIT (For basic computer knowledge) Certification is not mandatory.Requirements Good Verbal and Written communication skill Must have basic panel wiring knowledge Willing to go On-site Driving license is mandatory.Roles & Responsibilities Conduct machine trials. Prepare trial reports and other Customer Support process documents. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues either by taking remote access or by visiting customer place. Communicate clients via call, E-Mail, SMS. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
